Moret Marketing is a digital marketing agency in the United States. We build websites and manage advertising, search visibility, and lead delivery for local home-services businesses.

• Form submissions. When you fill out a form on our site or a client's site, we collect what you enter, such as your name, phone number, email address, service address, and job details.
• Phone call records. For calls to tracked numbers, we collect the caller's number, call time, duration, and call recordings.
• Analytics and cookies. Standard web data like pages visited, device and browser type, referring site, and cookie identifiers.

Inbound calls to tracked numbers may be recorded and monitored for quality and to verify leads. Callers are notified at the start of the call.

If you contact a business, you may receive a text message in response. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.

We share enquiry details with the business you contacted. We also share information with service providers who help us operate, such as hosting, telephony, analytics, and advertising platforms.

We do not sell personal information.

Our internal tools connect to Google Ads using OAuth to manage our own and our clients' advertising accounts. This access is used only to create, manage, and report on advertising campaigns.

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We keep information only as long as we need it to provide our services or meet legal requirements, then delete it. We use reasonable safeguards like access controls and encrypted connections to protect it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take protecting your data seriously.
